Right off the top of my head, I think we should have a page dedicated to frequently asked questions by parents/prospective students (and the answers to said questions) and a page dedicated to talking points broken down by "stopping point" on the tour (i.e. a section with talking points for the library, another for the computer lab, lecture hall, etc.) Do you find this valuable?

Its included in the Tour page, but I can make a separate page and copy everything into it.

I think we should keep the FAQs (which look terrific, by the way) within the "Tours" page, because answering such questions is a large part of giving tours. However, it might be good to break it down into sub-pages by category if the list gets much longer. I might try my hand at formatting it so that it's a bit easier to read.
