Main duty is to take the minutes and attendance information for group meetings. They achieve this by creating a EA master list showing which members are active for each quarter by designation of their co-op section. In addition, they may be responsible for scheduling meetings and/or rooms for the group. Scheduling of meetings can be done by visiting the facilities link under the CoE's main webpage for more information.

Secretary also needs to send a list of meeting attendees to EA advisor following each meeting (needed to reimburse food).
